Now that school supply lists are arriving for the upcoming year I thought it was a good time to address this one. Some schools include emergency supplies with their school supply lists, but many either don’t provide an adequate list of supplies or don’t include any requirements or recommendations at all. This video will show you the kit that I made for my kids and hopefully inspire you to build some of your own.

This video goes through:
– The supplies I include in each kit for my children.
– Why I chose those items, and why I didn’t choose other options.
– Why I decided to make emergency kits for my children in the first place.
– The importance of customization within each kit.
– Why these kits aren’t just for school.

Each child is unique and each school situation is different, so you may want to modify this kit based on the rules of your school or the needs of your child. It’s also important to remember that these kits are designed to help my children until I can walk to their school and get them (about 8-12 hours), I didn’t design them to be long-term survival kits (that will be a different video 🤓).
